1. Equipment production process:
Driving hoisting and loading → roller feeding (manual tool setting) → hydraulic clamping (middle and lower material jaws) → sawing → completion, saw bow lifting → discharging/returning → hoisting

2. Equipment composition

2. Main transmission system
• Driven by turbine reducer.

3. Saw blade guide device
• Tungsten steel alloy clamping adopts top and guide bearing clamping.
• The guide arm adopts manual movement and locking, which makes it easy to adjust the width of the guide arm during sawing according to the width of the material to be cut, and saves the service life of the saw blade.
4. Feeding system
• The lifting and lowering of the saw frame adopts the design of the main column controlled by an oil cylinder, and the auxiliary guide column is a square column + bearing guide form. It has the advantages of large guide ratio, high guide accuracy and long-lasting precision. It forms a stable saw machine structure and ensures smooth lifting and lowering of the saw frame.
5. Workbench bed and clamping jaws:
• The carrying load is not less than 6T.
• The jaws adopt a saw blade middle and lower jaw design: that is, the material is clamped on both sides of the jaws to ensure the stability of the material during sawing.

6. Roller feeding mechanism:
• The 2m long electric roller can move forward and backward, and is aligned close to the saw edge of the sawing machine;
•There is a support platform on the discharge side to meet the needs of sawing long materials.
7. Display and measuring device:
•The main motor load is displayed by the ammeter, and the overload automatically cuts off the power.

8. Electrical system
