And will be responsible for ensuring the advancement, reliability, and maintainability of the equipment as required. According to the process requirements, if the supplied equipment has quantity or design defects due to the manufacturer's reasons, the manufacturer will be responsible for this.

1. Equipment production process:
Driving hoisting and loading → sliding table feeding → hydraulic clamping (double jaws for middle and lower materials) → sawing → completion, saw bow lifting → skateboard discharging/returning → hoisting

2. Equipment composition
The equipment mainly consists of the following parts: saw frame, base, main drive system, saw blade wheel set, saw blade tensioning device, saw blade guide device, sawing feed system, hydraulic system, a set of feeding slide device, a set of auxiliary slide device, two rails, electrical system, saw blade water coolant circulation system, etc.

2. Main transmission system

3. Saw blade guide device
• Tungsten steel alloy clamping adopts top and guide bearing clamping.
• The guide arm adopts manual movement and locking, which makes it easy to adjust the width of the guide arm during sawing according to the width of the material to be cut, and saves the service life of the saw blade.
4. Feeding system
• The lifting and lowering of the saw frame adopts an oil cylinder control guide column design. The guide column is in the form of a square column + chrome-plated cylindrical guide. It has the advantages of large guide ratio, high guide accuracy and long-lasting precision. It forms a stable saw machine structure and ensures smooth lifting and lowering of the saw frame.

5. Material-carrying skateboard device:
• The carrying load is not less than 8T.
• The material-carrying slide can move forward and backward, and is aligned close to the saw edge of the sawing machine. There is also an auxiliary supporting platform for long materials.

6. Display and measurement device:
• The main motor load is displayed by the ammeter, and the overload automatic power-off protection is provided.
• The speed of the saw blade is sensed by the incoming sensor and the linear speed is adjusted by the inverter. The linear speed range is 15-75m/min.
7. Electrical system
• All movements of the entire machine tool are controlled through the knobs on the operation panel, and each related movement has an interlock function.
• The upper end of the gantry is equipped with lighting lights; the workpiece sawing area is equipped with safety working lights.
8. Workpiece clamping mechanism
• Use hydraulic clamps to secure the work piece.
9. Saw blade coolant circulation system
• Set up a coolant collection and circulation system to ensure that coolant collection and cleaning are convenient and reliable.
